Mailed REG-1000 ("Application for Clean Air Vehicle Stickers") via Fedex. Along with $8 check, mailed REG-256 ("Statement of Facts"), copies of purchase docs (lease agreement), and copy of temp registration. Oh, and the all-important proof of Fastrak hybrid account paper.
